Lorenzo began his career at Baker & Company Solicitors in 2000 as a trainee solicitor after attending the University of Kent at Canterbury where he obtained a degree in Law and Italian Law, having also spent one year reading law at the University of Bologna, Italy. He then attended the College of Law (London), before carrying out his training contract qualifying as a solicitor in January 2003.

Lorenzo joined Haq Hamilton Solicitors in 2010 where he specialises in all areas of work in line with the firm’s profile including immigration and asylum, crime, family, civil litigation and property related matters. Lorenzo has a particular interest in the firm’s immigration-related litigation offering and regularly works on appeals, judicial review applications, and detention issues for clients. He also regularly advises in respect of complex asylum applications in the UK and human rights based applications.
