Saudul Haq is the Senior Solicitor at Haq Hamilton Solicitors. He qualified as a barrister in 1999 and further qualified as a solicitor in May 2003.
Saud has a number of years’ experience acting for a variety of clients in a wide range of contentious cases in immigration tribunals, criminal courts and civil courts.
His experience as a Barrister complements his role as a solicitor in dealing with complex and routine civil, contract, tort of negligence and immigration matters.
