PRE-PAYMENTS TO SECURE PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS

The UK Border Agency has announced changes regarding booking premium appointments at the Public Enquiry Office (PEO).

Since 6 April, when booking such an appointment, it is necessary to call the Immigration Enquiry Bureau (IEB) by 3pm on the next working day with the booking reference number (‘BRN’) sent to your mobile phone, to pay an appointment fee of £100 per applicant in order to confirm the appointment. If payment is not made within this timescale, the appointment will be cancelled.
